I’m a post-doctoral researcher in the Control of Impulsive Action (Ctrl-ImpAct) lab at the Department of Experimental Psychology, Ghent University. I’m currently investigating whether and how the kinds of decisions people make in traditional psychological experiments are related to people’s decision making tendencies in real life. I use computational modeling and Bayesian statistics to answer this question.
During my PhD I investigated how spontaneous brain activity predicts the temporal and spatial resolution of audio-visual perception. My PhD thesis can be found here.
In our lab we follow Open Science practices. For more information, see the mission statement of the Ctrl-ImpAct lab on Open Science.
